1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
The product should be in the same condition as received.
Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at jwelleryliza@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
Share your order ID, product images, and reason for return.
Our team will verify and guide you through the return process.
4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
