• You receive a damaged, manufacturing-defective, or incorrect product
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery (no exceptions)
• The product remains unused, unworn, and unaltered.
• Original packaging, tags, and invoice are fully intact

🔒 To ensure authenticity and hygiene, products failing inspection will not be approved for return.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

For hygiene, customization, and quality-control reasons, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Earrings, nose pins, and piercings
• Customized or made-to-order jewellery
• Sale, clearance, or promotional items
• Products showing signs of use, wear, tampering, or damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, or improper handling
• Requests made after the 24-hour reporting window

3. Mandatory Proof for Claims

To maintain a safe and transparent process:

• Clear unboxing video (mandatory) showing the sealed package
• Images/videos clearly highlighting the issue
• Order ID and customer details

⚠️ Claims without proper proof will not be considered.

4. Review & Approval Process

• All return requests are subject to internal quality verification
• Approval or rejection will be communicated within 2–4 business days
• Final approval is at the sole discretion of LIZA-ELEGANCE REDEFINED

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes inspection
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Timeline: 7–12 business days post-approval
• Shipping, convenience, or handling charges are non-refundable

• Anti-tarnish coating longevity depends on care and storage; natural wear over time is expected
